Meet Frank Generoso
Frank is a dedicated trainer and coach bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the table.
His career began in law enforcement where he trained newly minted recruits in preparation for the career ahead of them.
Frank is a New York City native living in New Jersey with his family of four. When not onsite at a client, you can find Frank at the gym, reading or spending quality time with his wife and “almost” grown children. He also has a passion for aviation and is a private pilot.
Frank embarked on his official “second” career in 2003 when he formed a consulting company that trains, facilitates and coaches both teams, and individuals. He has traveled the world and worked with a multitude of companies, bringing his expertise to assist clients.
Frank’s ability to connect easily with people allows him to attain great results with his audience. He prides himself on being able to assist others and leave them better off than they were before.
Frank obtained his B.S. from Nyack College in New York and majored in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Behavior.
In addition, he has continued his education over the years through much reading, workshop, and seminar attendance, obtaining many certifications along the way. He is also fluent in Spanish and can train/coach in Spanish.
